Terms of Service

By accessing or using freeMCP.dev (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

• • You must provide a valid email address and verify it before deploying servers.
• • You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and session credentials.
• • You must not share accounts or API keys with unauthorized parties.
• • You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

• • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• • Do not deploy servers that perform cryptocurrency mining, DDoS attacks, or any malicious activity.
• • Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security controls.
• • Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• • Do not use the Service to store or transmit sensitive personal data (e.g., health records, financial PII) unless your plan explicitly supports it.

• • Free tier — 100 requests/day, XS/S compute, 3 concurrent deployments, 30-minute container TTL.
• • Developer tier — 10,000 requests/day, up to M-class compute, 10 concurrent deployments, persistent containers.
• • Limits may be adjusted with reasonable notice. Exceeding limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension.

• • Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. All amounts are in USD.
• • You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the billing period.
• • Refunds are provided at our discretion for billing errors. No refunds for partial months.
• • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

• • You retain ownership of all code and data you deploy through the Service.
• • We retain ownership of the freeMCP.dev platform, branding, and documentation.
• • MCP server images in the catalog are provided by their respective maintainers under their own licenses.

• • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• • We target high availability but do not guarantee uptime percentages on the free tier.
• • We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, freeMCP.dev and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use policy.
• • Upon termination, your deployments will be stopped and data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
• • You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
